Every time I have been there it has been a good experience. Their people are helpful and courteous and eager to assist you. They answer their phone if you call and they will put things aside for you if you ask them to. Great place to shop. Haha also we have a pair of house hens that we raised from little chicks that we got from their who give us fresh eggs everyday. We love our girls. Their names are Sweet Pea and Esmeralda.

The staff are so sweet! We have to bring our pit bull in for her biweekly wash and they are so accommodating and nice. She loves being there before or after the bath! [She is not fond of baths]

I had an amazing experience at the Tractor Supply Company in Jurupa Valley, CA and it’s all thanks to Mel! She provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, very presentable, and incredibly easy to talk to. I purchased several plants, and Mel went above and beyond to help me get the best prices and discounts available. She took the time to make sure I got the best value, and I truly appreciated her honesty and willingness to help. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way Mel does. This place is one of the most confusing places as a retail. I was recommended here for having great service and deals. This store doesn’t give either. Came here 3 months ago for chicken feed they were out I drove 19 miles one way for no feed. They convinced me to open an account for the convenience of both parties. I opened the account. Second month I ordered a 14 50 pound bag of chicken feed. I’m handicapped can not lift more than 40 pounds. I said I have a big employees can help me loaded and I will tip for the help. The desk explained to me that workers do not load customers vehicles do to liability. Ok I figured it out. Ok last week I was sent my email and text notification that my order was ready for pick up. I showed up to the Jurupa Valley Store and they tell me they have the product but they can’t give me my 14 bag order. That the system was down and the manager, which later I found out was not the manager, told me she could not help me I needed to call customer service. I was with customer service for 2 hours and they confirmed my order was there but they could not give it to me because the system was down. They wanted me to pay for the 14 bags at regular price which

Everything at Tractor Supply was great, and the prices were very affordable. The products were high quality and exactly what I needed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with any questions. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Overall, it was a very pleasant shopping experience, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good value and reliable products.
